At XTRO Performance, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or installed products.

  • Products with missing packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • Custom-made or special-order items.

  • Electrical and electronic products unless received defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.
